Rental Application

Please make sure to complete all the form fields marked with an * as they are required information. When you submit the form, any required but uncompleted fields will be marked for you to find and fill in.

Anyone 18 and older who will be living in the home must complete the application. 

We are screening with a light credit check, a criminal background check, income verification, and landlord references if possible. To qualify, household incomes must gross a minimum of 3 1/2 times the monthly rent for an apartment or 4 times the rent for a single family home.

You can also get the Rental Application in PDF format. The application fee will be due upon completion of the form, and will not submit without payment. This fee is non-refundable. Processing time varies, but typical turn around time is 24-48 hours. Once your application is approved you may view, then lease the property. We will hold properties up to 30 days if needed with a non-refundable deposit to hold the unit.
